Do you only work on BMW and Jaguar Land Rover?
BMW, MINI, Jaguar and Land Rover are our specialism, and most of our work is on those marques. If you drive something else, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Do I need to bring the car to a garage?
No. We come to your home, workplace or roadside location with the diagnostic equipment, tools and parts needed for most jobs on BMW, MINI, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
Will my service history and warranty be affected?
Servicing is carried out to the manufacturer's schedule and your service record is updated, so the history stays complete. We use OEM-spec parts and fluids, and you keep the invoices for your file.
What areas do you cover?
Farnham is home base. We also cover Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, Godalming, Haslemere, Bordon, Alton and the villages in between. Get in touch if you're nearby but not listed.
Can you work at my workplace?
Yes. As long as there's safe, legal parking and enough room to work, we can carry out the job while you get on with your day.
Do you supply parts?
We source quality OEM-spec parts and include them in your quote, or fit parts you've already bought. Either way, it's agreed before we start.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer once the work is complete. You'll get a clear invoice listing parts and labour.
